Pole Fitness classes combine cardio, strength, and toning movements to give you a full body workout. Whether you prefer a choreography based class that gives you a sexy sweat or a class that focuses on strength and pole tricks, you’re guaranteed to get a fun, challenging workout that will leave you wanting more. Space is limited as there is only one student per pole each class.

Pole classes are for students ages 18 and up.

Pole 1

Pole 1 introduces the beginner student to floor work, tricks, spins, pole sits and climbs. All leveled classes focus on a variety of skills, including spins, tricks, flow, and strength-building exercises.

Pole 2

Pole 2 is for the intermediate student who is ready to begin climbing and learning tricks off of the ground. More advanced and one-handed spins, inversion preparation, and spinning pole will be taught in this class. Instructor approval is required prior to Level 2 signup.

Pole 3

Pole 3 is for the advanced student who feels comfortable inverted. This class focuses on more advanced spins, inverted tricks, and putting together combos. Instructor approval is required prior to Level 3 signup.

Pole Flow (Level 2 and Up)

Get your sexy sweat on. This class focuses on dance and flow while putting together a final routine. You’re guaranteed to get a fun, kick butt workout that will leave you wanting more. Pole heels are welcome and knee pads are recommended.

Spin and Stretch: (Level 2 and Up)

Learn fun ways to put your favorite spins and transition moves together in this class! You’ll begin by enjoying a guided warm-up and learn a new combo, followed by 20 minutes of open practice to improve your skills, and finish with 20 minutes of deep stretching to round out the perfect workout.

Spin and Strength: (Level 2 and Up)

Flow, open practice, and conditioning all happen in this class! You’ll begin by enjoying a guided warm-up and learn a new combo, followed by 20 minutes of open practice to improve your skills, and finish with 20 minutes of conditioning and strength work.

PoleFit

Students who have completed at least three Pole 1 classes are welcome to join PoleFit. This conditioning class utilizes the pole to lead you through strength and cardio exercises specifically designed to help you nail your tricks easier and with grace.

Open Pole: (Level 2 and Up)

Want to work on your flow, practice your spins, or put together a fun combo? Open Pole is time for you to work at your pace, review what you’ve been learning in class, and refine your skills.
